**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Student Support Executive** who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping students succeed. You will be the go-to person for student queries, document handling, fee tracking, and coordination with universities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Onboarding & Document Handling**
- Verify academic and ID documents during admissions and throughout the course
- Ensure document accuracy and maintain digital/physical files

**Student Query Management**
- Provide timely and effective solutions

**Fee Collection & Record-Keeping**
- Assist in collecting fees and issuing receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records for each student

**Academic Communication**
- Share updates, circulars, exam info, and results from partner universities

**Follow-Ups & Coordination**
- Follow up with students for pending documents, fees, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments and university contacts

**Operational Support**
- Support activities like exam registration, result declaration, academic events, etc.

**Who Can Apply?**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (mandatory)

**Languages**:
Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (spoken & written)

**Experience**:
0-2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

**Work Schedule**

**Days**: Monday to Saturday
