**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Station Management**: Oversee and manage a specific kitchen station (e.g., grill, pastry, sauté, etc.), ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare high-quality food following the recipes and menu standards set by the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- **Team Supervision**: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (Commis Chef, kitchen assistants), ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner, with a consistent standard of quality, taste, and presentation.
- **Health & Safety**: Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- **Stock Control**: Assist with inventory management and ensure the correct use of ingredients to avoid wastage.
- **Menu Contribution**: Contribute to menu planning and recipe development, providing feedback on new ideas and seasonal dishes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operation, especially during peak service hours.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure proper coordination of tasks.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Ensure that the work station and kitchen equipment are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
