Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** Align is currently seeking a **Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator **to join our Digital Workplace Experience (DWE) team. As a M365 Enterprise Administrator, you will be a key player in managing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft technologies with a strong emphasis on security. This role involves administering the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment, implementing requested features, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you’ll work closely with Microsoft Purview tools to enhance data governance and compliance. **In this role, you will** - Administer, monitor, manage, and implement changes to the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. - Assist in testing, Implementing and operationalization of requested new features for the system through configurations, custom development, or collaboration with technology partners which includes but not limited to exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, & Purview family of products. - Troubleshoot, resolve issues promptly, and fix bugs related to the system. - Perform routine maintenance activities. - Work with other administrators to ensure smooth operations. - Investigate and respond to security incidents. - Enforce security policies related to data access, sharing, and retention. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements. - Create documentation, including diagrams, plans, and configuration guides. - Other tasks as assigned. - Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global team. **In this role, you’ll need ** **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 6+ years’ experience in Enterprise IT/IS Service Organization - Minimum **3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration**: - Advance experience in **Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, & Teams.**: - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Purview products, including **Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, eDiscovery, Audit, and Information Protection**: - Ability to work well on teams as well as independently. - Highly motivated, self-starting, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Advanced Proficiency in programming languages (PowerShell preferred). - Awareness of industry compliance regulations and organizational policies. - Experience with Intune, Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Entra ID - Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate - Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate - Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
