M365 solution architect with knowledge of all the workloads under M365 stack.
Should be able to define roadmap for M365 services while aligning with Microsoft
Should participate in the evaluation of new features while in preview stage and work collaboratively with MS and Novartis to check the benefits of these features to Novartis and its impact.

? Create high level solution for M365 services.
? Working collaboratively with Product Manager and Digital workplace lead architect to evolve M365 services which
aligns with the Novartis strategy.
? Support Novartis M365 Engineering team to on-board new services and workloads within O365 which can be
potentially launched within Novartis
? Implementation of M365 governance controls and ISRM requirements
? Identifying repetitive tasks from operations perspective and streamline and automate the process
? Supporting the operations team towards addressing the complex and challenging issues
? Change request management to on board Controls / add\u0002ins into CBD, CBI and PRD environment
? Enhancements to eDiscovery solutions
? Addition of extra ODB Migration workflow paths and gen\u0002eral user interface improvements
? Manage and perform minor enhancements
? Supporting the functionality for Dial-In conferencing Ser\u0002vice Number changes
