Job Description

Architecture and Design:

- Design and implement architecture solutions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams that align with business needs.
- Develop scalable and secure solutions that support enterprise communication and collaboration.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

- Lead the planning and execution of M365 and Teams deployments and migrations.
- Develop roadmaps and strategic plans for the adoption and optimization of Microsoft services.

Advanced Administration and Management:

- Oversee the administration of M365 services, including user management, licensing, and policy enforcement.
- Manage complex configurations and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Security and Compliance:

- Architect security and compliance frameworks for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ensure data protection and regulatory compliance through best practices and advanced configurations.

Technical Leadership and Support:

- Provide expert-level support and guidance to IT teams and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues related to Microsoft 365 and Teams.

Optimization and Innovation:

- Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft technologies for business innovation and process improvement.
- Evaluate new features and tools, recommending their adoption where beneficial.

Training and Documentation:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, configurations, and processes.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate IT staff and end-users on new technologies and best practices.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
