**Job Description: Store Executive**

**Position Title**: Store Executive

**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Location**: Velu

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.
- Regularly update stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to verify accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- **Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Process**:

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Ensure proper documentation and communication with the procurement team.
- **Reorder Level Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and maintain reorder points to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory as needed.
- **Material Staging and Organization**:

- Organize and stage materials systematically, ensuring quick and efficient retrieval.
- Adhere to the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and efficient store environment.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory movements.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, GRN updates, and stock levels for management.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or material discrepancies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or store operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of FIFO principles, GRN processes, reorder level maintenance, and 5S methodology.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- **Salary Range 20,000-22,000**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
