**Job description**

**JOB TITLE: JUNIOR STORE OFFICER**

**BUDGET: 3.6 LPA**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Documentation (Invoice, packing list) in excel.
- Receipt of Stock and keeping stock record
- Maintain Stock ledger (inward-Outward)
- Inventory Management.
- Maintenance & upkeep of stores premises is an integrate part of stores management and to be responsible for the same
- Good Documentation Practice.
- Execution of Sales record
- Preparation of “Purchase Order” in to the Software
- Coordinating for logistics and operating software
- Order Processing.

**Qualification **:Any Graduate**/** D. Pharm

**Preferred Skills**
- Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficient

**Desired Qualities**:

- Excellent in MS Excel (Formulas, V lookup, H lookup, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Charts, Forms, data validation & Scenarios)
- High energetic, Aggressive & self motivated
- Strong Analytical & communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and work in terms of business opportunity and growth

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- heatlhcare industry: 2 years (preferred)
