**Job Description**:

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts.
- Making and updating records of products and suppliers.
- Monitoring of pending payment of supplier co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment.
- Making a Purchase Order and placing the order with the suppliers.
- Follow up for timely dispatch and delivery of Order.
- Follow up for sample dispatches and updating records to the supplier on the quality of the samples. Planning deliveries, dispatches and co-ordination with Site and Logistics department for the same. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the requirements and expectation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Making comparison statement for the same & negotiate with the Vendors
- Issue the Purchase order/Work Order to the Vendors or Suppliers along with Terms & Conditions
- Follow up with Vendors & site Supervisors for the delivery of material on time
- Verify all the challans received from the site on daily basis.
- Submission of Bills along with PR/PO/WO & Challans
- Checking of Purchase bills
- Oversee inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain stock levels to meet operational needs without overstocking.
- Find cost-effective solutions, analyze spending patterns, and optimize purchasing processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies and prepare cost analysis and reports for management.
