We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a **Marketing Automation Executive**. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing, with a focus on automation tools and data-driven customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Segment customer lists for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.).
- Support lead generation and nurturing workflows.
- Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially automation technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (any coursework or certifications is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Certification in platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp.
