**Position Overview**

We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our Event Crew. The Event Crew will assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth setup, execution, and teardown of events. This role involves physical work, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions accurately to create a memorable event experience for attendees.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Event Setup and Teardown**
- Assist with setting up event areas, including arranging furniture, decor, audio-visual equipment, and staging according to the event plan.
- Help with the teardown of all event materials, ensuring the venue is returned to its original state.
- Load and unload event supplies, moving them to and from storage areas or vehicles.

**2. On-Site Event Assistance**
- Act as on-site support during events, addressing needs as they arise and providing general assistance to guests and staff.
- Support catering, guest registration, and other event activities by helping with logistics and setup.
- Act as a runner, transporting items, messages, or people between different areas of the event as needed.

**3. Crowd Management and Safety**
- Assist in managing guest flow and crowd control, ensuring safety and a pleasant experience for all attendees.
- Be aware of emergency procedures and assist in handling any incidents or emergencies if they arise.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other high-traffic areas to provide directions and assistance to guests.

**4. Equipment Handling and Maintenance**
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot basic audio-visual equipment under the guidance of event staff.
- Ensure event equipment and supplies are handled carefully and stored properly to prevent damage.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the event manager or supervisor.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Follow directions from the event manager, coordinator, or supervisor to support the event’s success.
- Communicate effectively with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior event experience is a plus but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry items, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active tasks.
- **Qualities**: Reliable, punctual, proactive, and able to adapt to changing situations on-site.
- **Availability**: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
