*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Welding Operations*: Perform welding tasks using various processes, adhering to specific procedures and techniques based on project requirements.
- *Rig Repair and Maintenance*: Conduct repairs and maintenance on offshore rigs, including welding and other rope access tasks.
- *Safety Protocols*: Follow strict safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- *Team Collaboration*: Work as part of a team, collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and other tradespeople.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- *IRATA Certification*: Industrial Rope Access Trade Association certification is often required, with levels 1-3 indicating progression from trainee to supervisor.
- *Welding Certifications*: AWS Certified Welder (CW) or API 1104 Welding Certification may be necessary.
- *Physical Demands*: Ability to work at heights, excellent manual dexterity, good vision, and physical stamina.
- *Adaptability*: Ability to work in challenging environments, including harsh weather conditions and confined spaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,556.70 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
