**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the brands.
- Prepare promotions and trade marketing plans for the brands
- Full ownership of trade promotion calendar
- Plan and executive in-store samplings initiatives
- Monitoring brand
- SKU wise performance
- Analyzing the ROI of trade promotions and in-store activations
- Periodic market visits to ensure the deliverables against BDA
- Monitoring price points (RSP/Promo Price) across modern trade
- Close coordination with sales and marketing team on the deliverables
- Analyze the strike rate of the brands/SKUs and identify potential outlets for scale up

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through trade marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
