The Role

As a Trader at GoQuant, you'll leverage our advanced research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profit while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is perfect for a self-directed trader with a proven track record of profitability, seeking to enhance their trading capabilities with access to sophisticated infrastructure and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real-time.
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.
  • Collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to optimize alpha capture and execution efficiency.
  • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning to drive innovation.
