Role Overview:

We are seeking a Trading Expert with strong Python expertise to join our team. This is not just a developer role you must be highly skilled in both trading and Python programming. The ideal candidate is someone who has practical trading experience (manual or automated) and can translate trading logic into efficient, scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, optimize, and backtest trading strategies using Python.
- Analyze market data and identify trading opportunities.
- Implement automation systems that execute trades reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to design new features and improve trading performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing trading scripts, APIs, and integrations.

Must-Have Skills:

- Trading Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial markets, technical indicators, order types, and risk management.
- Python Expertise: Ability to write clean, modular, and efficient Python code. Strong experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TA-Lib, or similar.
- Practical Experience: Proven track record in developing or deploying algorithmic trading strategies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with broker APIs (e.g., Tradovate, Interactive Brokers, Binance, etc.).
- Familiarity with TradingView, MetaTrader, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data structures, performance optimization, and parallel computing.
- Exposure to futures, options, or crypto markets.
