**Job Summary**
We are looking for an Customer Onboarding & Customer Success - Trainee who will be responsible for smooth implementation & onboarding of SuperProcure software in new accounts. The person will also be responsible for existing customer retention and success by monitoring client health and extending support to drive adoption.
**Key Responsibility Areas**New Customers : KPI win rate from pilot to confirmation.-
- Existing Customers : KPI Logo and Revenue retention.- Monitoring user adoption, make reports, identify actionable items for driving growth.- All Customers : Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.- All Customers : Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
**Requirements**:
Engineer / Masters Degree in relevant fields.- 0-1 years of experience in customer onboarding, support role or relevant fields.- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English + local language)- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.- Experience in logistics solutions will be an advantage.- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail.
