**Job Title**: Recruitment Specialist (Healthcare Sector)

**Organisation-** Hi Impact Consultant
- Manpower Services (IT/NON IT/HEALTHCARE) **Location**: D-67, 2nd floor, sector 2, Noida (near sector 15 metro station)

**Working days-** 5.5 days 2nd and 4rth Saturdays are fixed off. (WFO- work from office) **Timings-** 10am
- 7pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hiring Doctors**:

- Source and recruit doctors (MS, MD, MBBS) through job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant databases.

**Negotiation**:

- Ensure offers align with both parties' expectations.

**Interview Coordination**:
Follow-Up and Feedback:

- Address any concerns or questions raised by either party throughout the recruitment process.

**Final Selection and on boarding**:
**Contractual Obligations**:
**Recruitment Targets**:

- Meet monthly recruitment targets, with a minimum of 2 successful placements (closings) per month.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

**Fixed salary will depend upon interview.**

**Requisite -**

1. Should have exposure towards Client management

2. Well verse with MS office

PS- Immediate joiner would be preferred.

Interview will be Face 2 Face.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
