**Designation: Healthcare Recruiter**

**Location: Noida (onsite)**

**Timings: 7pm-4am IST (US Shift)**

**Duration**: Full Time/ Permanent

We are actively seeking strong Healthcare Recruiter to join our successful team in **Noida**. The below mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Excellent Communication skills.
- Should be aware with healthcare terminologies.
- Will be working on direct **Healthcare** client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians, clinical & non-clinical etc. **(Healthcare Nursing)**
- Recruit Nurses **(Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)**
- Recruit Therapists **(Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)**
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Articulate, friendly, optimistic and success-driven
- Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
