**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Excellent communication skills Required
