We are hiring smart, dynamic, and energetic immediate joiners (freshers can also be considered) to join our growing company as a **Healthcare Recruiter (USA Profile).**
- **Role**:Healthcare Recruiter
- **Location**: Noida Onsite
- **Compensation offered**: Handsome Salary + Performance Bonus + Cab Facility + Meal
- **Working hours**:06:30 PM - 03:30 AM IST
- **Working Days**: Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
- Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.

**Qualification, Skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in Night Shifts
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be a graduate in any discipline (MBA Prefered)
- Experience: 0-6 months.
