
Operation Executive(Hospitality)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest service operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with all departments to meet operational goals.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across the facility.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate major issues.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Support inventory management for linen, toiletries, kitchen, and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Maintain operational records, daily reports, and performance data.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and logistics.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (PMS like Opera, IDS, etc.)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality operations (Front Office/Housekeeping/Guest Relations)
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
