We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting various operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement for individuals with 1-2yearsof relevant experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or arelatedfield.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) andotherrelevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Backoffice operations, including dataentry, document management, and record keeping.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records with accuracyandattention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflowandefficientcommunication.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating complex issues to appropriatepersonnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
