The Process Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the workflow of business operations. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining process documentation, identifying inefficiencies, and ensuring that established procedures are followed. The Process Coordinator works closely with department managers and staff to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment.
Training: Provide training and support to employees on updated processes and procedures.
Quality Assurance: Monitor process outcomes and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on process performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project Support: Assist in project management by ensuring process adherence and timely completion of tasks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in process coordination, workflow management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in process management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Visio, ERP systems).
Knowledge of quality management systems and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
