**Interview for “Project Assistant” Position**

**Title of Project**: Centrosome as a target for viral pathogenesis intervention.

**Duration**: Initially for 6 months and may be extended based on performance till the end of

project.

**Age Limit**: 26 yrs

**Essential Qualifications**: M.Sc./ M.Tech/ MVSc (First Class/Division) in Life sciences with

good theoretical understanding of cellular and molecular biology and good communication

skills with a 3-6 months of research experience in either centrosome or cilia biology.

**Desirable Qualifications**:Experience in cloning, QPCR, mammalian cell culture techniques,

siRNA Knockdown, Immunostaining, confocal microscopy and image analysis/quantification

or a prior hands-on experience in centrosome/cilia related imaging experiments will be a plus.

**Fellowship**: Rs.20,000/- + 27% HRA per month
