**About Organization and Team**:
Earth Care Foundation is a collaborative effort of senior civil servants in distinguished services like IAS, IPS, IRTS, IFS, IA&AS, army and navy officers, corporate veterans, esteemed professors, and enthusiastic individuals. It is a 20-year-old non-governmental organization registered as a trust in 2005 under the Indian Trust Act, working on Pan India projects.

It works to establish a Sustainable Society and Sustainable lifestyle by empowering the underprivileged sections of society with knowledge, skills, and resources on the one hand and promoting Environmental Conservation on the other. It has been working for the upgradation of knowledge and skills of the children, youth, and women of the poor and underprivileged sections of the society so as to help in establishing peace, prosperity and harmony in the society.

- **1. Project Assistant - Accounts and Finance**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Proficient in Tally Prime & Accounting methods, _
- _Ability to prepare financial reports, _
- _Conduct internal audits & promote financial prudence within the organization._
- _Budget Management_
- **2. Project Assistant - Operations & Outreach**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders & beneficiaries_
- _Event Assistance: Support in organizing webinars & workshops_
- _Monitoring Dashboards : Track & analyse project performance_
- _Website Management: Maintain and update project-related websites_
- _IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts_
- _Student Support: Assist in onboarding & guiding students_
- _Data Management: Maintain project-related records & reports_

**What You Need to Have**:

- Mini. 1 Year job experience/internship
- Minimum Graduate Degree/B.Com Degree

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (required)
