**About the Role**
We are seeking a **smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant** to work closely with **Nikita Mohan**, providing both professional and personal support in managing her dynamic schedule, communications, and daily responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a visionary designer and gain first-hand exposure to the world of luxury interior design and lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize Nikita Mohan’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and efficiently
- Assist in daily office administration and task follow-ups
- Accompany her to client meetings, site visits, or events (if required)
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Confidence in handling high-level conversations and multitasking
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive support role is preferred
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and presentable

**Eligibility Criteria**:
