About Organization and Team:

Earth Care Foundation is a collaborative effort of senior civil servants in distinguished services like IAS, IPS, IRTS, IFS, IA&AS, army and navy officers, corporate veterans, esteemed professors, and enthusiastic individuals. 1. Project Assistant - Accounts and Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Tally Prime & Accounting methods,
  • Ability to prepare financial reports,
  • Conduct internal audits & promote financial prudence within the organization.
  • Budget Management

2. Project Assistant - Operations & Outreach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders & beneficiaries
  • Event Assistance: Support in organizing webinars & workshops
  • Monitoring Dashboards : Track & analyse project performance
  • Website Management: Maintain and update project-related websites
  • IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts
  • Student Support: Assist in onboarding & guiding students
  • Data Management: Maintain project-related records & reports
