This role will require coordination with Operations and HR.**Key Roles and Responsibilities** **Financial** - 1. Manage training cost to ensure adherence to budgets**Customer Oriented** - 1. Prepare training briefs & training tools for launch of new products- 2. Gather training needs for operations and ensure they are addressed through training curriculum**People Oriented** - 1. Works with Retail Lead Trainer to execute end to end training life cycle- 2. Conduct Induction training program for the new joiners- 3. Conduct effective workshops on soft skills / sales effectiveness / customer orientation workshops /supervisory skills enhancement- 4. Evaluate training outcomes on continuous basis and update training processes accordingly- 5. Collate, Analyze & Present the results of the pre & post training exercise to evaluate training effectiveness- 6. Provide support for Recruitment at Store level, whenever required**Internal Business Process** - 1. Coach ROIs to ensure employees at Retail outlets display the learning from the training programs- 2.
