Job Description About the Role: We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional to take on the role of Training Manager for our Builder Channel team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate sales and a passion for developing and mentoring sales teams to drive performance and productivity. This role combines hands-on sales expertise with the ability to design, deliver, and monitor impactful training programs that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sales training needs and skill gaps across the Builder Channel team. - Design and deliver training programs focused on residential real estate sales, - customer engagement, objection handling, and conversion optimization. - Collaborate with business leaders and sales heads to develop targeted learning - interventions addressing real-world sales challenges. - Conduct learning programs for new sales employees. - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance - metrics. - Create and publish dashboards/reports tracking training KPIs, adoption rates, and - business impact. - Work closely with bottom-quartile performers to design customized improvement - plans and enhance overall productivity. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and new sales methodologies to - integrate into training. Pre-Requisites: - Minimum 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in - primary sales. - Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to train, motivate, and mentor large sales teams both virtually and in- - person. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital learning - tools. - High sense of ownership, result orientation, and adaptability in a fast-paced - environment.
