Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Training and Quality Manager. The role involves designing and delivering training programs for employees, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Training and Quality Manager will also oversee quality assurance processes, assess team performance, and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of training design, curriculum development, and training delivery methods - Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and performance evaluation - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and process optimization - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience in the BPO industry is a plus and a six sigma certification would be an added advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred Experience - Minimum 5 years in Training and Quality in a domestic contact centre at a managerial role. Compensation - CTC Ranging between 8.00 lacs - 12.00 lacs (Depending upon last drawn ctc)
