Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser

Location: Noida(on-site)

Experience: 0-2 years in fashion/apparel merchandising

Reports to: Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Range Planning: Develop seasonal product plans with design and production teams; balance creativity with commercial goals; define pricing and SKU strategies.
- Sales Coordination: Manage buyer communications, prepare line sheets and costing, and support wholesale/trade events.
- Market Analysis: Track trends, competitors, and consumer insights to inform product strategy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor sell-through across channels; suggest reorders and markdowns.
- Production Oversight: Coordinate with production for timely, quality deliveries within budget.

Key Skills:

- Strong aesthetic & commercial sense
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Effective communication & planning
- Understanding of international retail (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Fashion, Business, or related field
- Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands
- Exposure to fashion weeks or buyer meetings is a plus

Remuneration as per industry standards
