Job Title: Fashion MerchandiserKey Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**:

- Analyze current fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform product selection.
- Monitor competitors and industry developments.
- **Product Selection**:

- Collaborate with designers and buyers to curate collections that align with brand identity.
- Select fabrics, colors, and styles for upcoming seasons.
- **Sales Forecasting**:

- Develop sales forecasts based on market analysis and historical data.
- Adjust inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize excess stock.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Plan and execute visual displays in retail environments to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure that the product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about reordering and discontinuing products.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies that highlight products.
- Participate in photoshoots, lookbooks, and fashion shows to promote new collections.
- **Vendor Relationships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience both in-store and online.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.

**Skills**:

- Trend forecasting and market analysis.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in visual merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
