**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the design and production teams to plan and execute seasonal collections.
- Develop and manage product assortments for both B2B (multi-designer stores, buyers) and B2C (retail clients, online platforms) markets.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure high-quality standards in terms of fabric sourcing, embroidery techniques, and garment finishing.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of Indian têxtiles, fabrics, and both hand and machine embroideries.
- Prior experience working with a designer label catering to both B2B and B2C segments.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail and merchandising strategies.
- A keen eye for detail, trends, and quality.
