As a Customer Cell - Cold Calling professional, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls potential customers to generate leads and increase sales. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, developing and delivering sales pitches, and following up with potential customers to close sales. Key responsibilities of a Customer Cell - Cold Calling professional may include:
1. Identifying and qualifying prospects: You will need to identify and qualify potential customers byasking questions to understand their needs and determine whether they are a good fit for the organization's products or services.

2. Developing and delivering sales pitches: You will be responsible for developing and delivering sales pitches that highlight the benefits of the organization's products or services. This includesusing persuasive language and objection handling techniques to overcome potential customer objections.

4. Updating customer records: You will need to update customer records in the organization'scustomer relationship management (CRM) system or other sales software to ensure that allcustomer information is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Achieving sales targets: You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. This includes tracking your own sales performance and adjusting yourapproach as necessary to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications for a Customer Cell - Cold Calling professional may include:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive sales pitchesand handle objections.

2. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with potential customers overthe phone.

3. Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer serviceenvironment.

4. Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

5. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-up tasks.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8. Knowledge of the organization's products or services.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

10. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence in the face of rejection.

11. Good English and IQ.

12. Language known - Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, English and Hindi

13. Yrs of Experience - **2 to 4yrs**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
