**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the entire sales cycle and Accurately track sales activities and manage sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales objectives and exceed individual sales targets.
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Provide a regular sales report system.

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor's Degre's Degree or Higher
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities and market trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in writing online content WITH AI
- Additional languages (LOCAL)
- Proven sales track record, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
