Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and driven Outreach Associates to expand SkilliZee’s footprint in key cities outside Jaipur. You’ll be the face of our programs—responsible for building school partnerships (B2B) and connecting with parents for our online offerings (B2C). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, who love engaging people, and want to build a high-impact career in a fast-growing ed-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B - School Outreach:

- Identify and approach schools for SkilliZee’s offline life-skill development programs.
- Meet school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to present our offerings.
- Conduct sample sessions and presentations to onboard schools.

B2C - Parent Outreach:

- Engage parents through community events, parenting groups, and local networks.
- Promote and convert leads for our online weekend programs for students.

General:

- Maintain lead tracking and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the central team for campaign support.
- Gather feedback and insights from the ground.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement (education/NGO/ed-tech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned city.
- Fluent in English and local language.

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on experience & city tier)
- Incentives: Performance-linked (up to ₹25,000/month)
- Other Benefits: Travel allowance + Internet/Mobile reimbursement + Yearly bonus

Schedule: Day Shift | 6 days a week (Sunday - not to be included in travelling)

Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)

Language: English with Professional manners (required)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
