Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Madambakkam, East Tambaram, Chennai.

**Job Description**:

- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
- Exceptional oral & written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- **Should have strong experience working on W2, Contract and Contract to hire positions.**:

- **Extensive knowledge on US Tax terms, US Staffing statutory requirements, HR contracting process and pay rates.**:

- Should have the ability to meet deadlines, deliver results, and handle pressure.
- Excellent client interfacing skills, and communication skills Organized, disciplined, and productive Comfortable working in night shift(mandatory)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
- Positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
