**Urgent Hiring WTP for big MNC...** Designation **:WTP** Qualification: ITI (Fitter) or Diploma (Mechanical) Experience : 4 - 5 years Salary : Upto 3.5lpa Location : Sanand, Ahmadabad Job Description: "1- Required basic knowledge of Utility system, Equipment’s, Process, Operation, Maintenance (Preventive, Corrective, Predictive), Observation, reporting to engineer, Erection commissioning and installation of equipment’s. 2- Understanding the operation of N2 plant, Boiler mountings & accessories, Air Compressor, Air dryer, Chiller, RO & Water Softening plant, Cooling Tower, WTP, ETP, STP, EOT crane, Freight & Passenger elevator, Pipes, Air conditioning & Ventilation (VRV, Split, Cassette, Ductable), HVAC, AHUs, Firefighting equipment’s & pump house etc. 3- Experience in utility equipment Maintenance (Preventive, Corrective, Predictive), Solve machine breakdown, problem & troubleshooting, Pump maintenance, Mechanical seal, Bearing, Gear box, Lubrication, Grinding, Cutting, Welding fabrication, Supporting, Alignment, Machine performance, Level-2 & 3 maintenances, Cleaning. 4- Monitor daily utility equipment operations and ensure correction of any mechanical issues, monitor plant fire systems, and implement any required PM, Support maintenance in repairs of minor process equipment when needed, Maintain equipment histories. 5- In conjunction with the maintenance, implement preventive maintenance procedures for all utilities and support systems. Troubleshoot and correct the facility’s utility problems in conjunction with production and engineering. 6- Established and maintained the relevant documents for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Critical Space, Machine history etc. 7- Executed LOTO, 5S effectively and onsite emergency plan." Skill: Basic knowledge of Computer. Software proficiency - MS Office. Continually improved process, documenting, workflow techniques & Kaizen. Experience with preventive maintenance techniques.
