Required Data Collection and Research Team - Under Sales Team -Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough online research to identify and collect potential leads in target markets.
- Gather and compile contact details, company information, and other relevant data points for each lead.
- Maintain and organize a database of leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to provide them with leads and contact details for outreach.
- Use various online tools, directories, social media platforms, and databases to source accurate lead information.
- Ensure data is kept up to date and regularly verify the quality of the collected data.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of lead collection efforts.
- Assist in market research activities to support lead generation strategies.
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with online research tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of the sales process is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data efficiently.
