**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the execution of research projects by supporting with drafting proposals, selecting methods, supervising teams, managing budgets, and presenting findings.
- Planning, coordinating and executing assigned research projects.
- Conducting literature reviews
- Collecting and analysing data
- Preparing materials for documentation and submission to partner agencies.
- Preparing materials for approvals from Institutional Ethical Review Boards (IERB)
- Prepare interview questions and develop Interviewer guides/ User manuals.
- Documenting Meeting minutes and sharing with concerned members
- Summarizing interviews
- Requesting or acquiring equipment or supplies necessary for the project.
- Following and enforcing state and federal regulations.
- Developing tools for monitoring study team (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Training and Supervise Research Assistants and Associates
- Tracking research progress periodically and reporting the same to PI
- Identifying areas of improvement and developing new methodologies to meet milestones.

**Salary**: ₹359,910.73 - ₹1,732,605.84 per year

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
