**Survey Programmer**

The Survey Programmer is responsible for programming market research studies of varying complexity against client materials. Their goal is to meet and exceed clients’ expectations in terms of integrity of collected data, adherence to agreed timeline and budget. Programming is done on Forsta platforms. The role is also focused on the development and implementation of “out of the box” solutions. Programmer will become a contributor to overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices as well as having an opportunity to provide consultation on new best practices and processes.

**Data Analyst**

The Data Analyst is responsible for performing data checks of the collected data. Data checks are done against the client materials. Goal to ensure data integrity, accuracy as per given logics and labels (variable and data labels). The role also includes creation of custom data files and data tables against the analysis plan using tools like SPSS/Quantum/Excel. The Analyst might also prepare charts as per client specs.

**Combined Responsibilities**
- Maintain full responsibility for online survey development, data analysis and related tasks.
- Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
- End-to-end high-quality programming / preparation for fielding and high-quality data outputs delivered to the clients.
- Formulate recommendations to ensure efficiency.
- Close team / client collaboration per business needs.
- Utilize their gained experiences to support process improvement, with a goal to increase capabilities, skillsets, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Expectations to spend time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager.

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering
- Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to ‘think outside the box’

**Personal Qualities**
- Organized, self-motivated and self-directed
- Ingenuity, with a willingness and enthusiasm for learning new techniques
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

**Qualifications**
