We're looking for Field Survey Executive Trainees who are eager to learn, explore, and grow within the market research industry. This role involves conducting field surveys, collecting accurate data, and interacting with respondents to ensure the highest quality of research output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field surveys and face-to-face interviews as per project requirements.
  • Approach respondents courteously and explain survey objectives clearly.
  • Accurately record responses using digital tools (tablet/mobile) or paper forms.
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and timely submission.
  • Coordinate daily with Field Supervisors or Project Managers.
  • Follow company protocols and maintain respondent confidentiality.
  • Meet daily and weekly survey targets.

Training & Growth

  • Training Duration: 6 months
  • Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during training
  • Post-Confirmation Salary: ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)
  • Hands-on training in market research operations, communication, and data quality management.
  • Career growth opportunities within Robas Research's operations team.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Must be able to read and write in Kannada and communicate in local language and basic English.
  • Willingness to travel locally for survey work.
  • Good interpersonal and observation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones or tablets for data entry.
