**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify trends, challenges, and needs, ensuring accurate and consistent documentation using standardized templates.- Assist in creating and maintaining a centralized, structured repository for data and implemented solutions, making it accessible and actionable.- Engage with solution seekers to collect actionable insights and work with the technology team to ensure data-driven platform enhancements.- Monitor and maintain the quality and completeness of collected data while adhering to structured frameworks for documentation and reporting.
- Perform initial analysis to identify trends and gaps, and prepare summaries and visual data representations for internal use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong research, documentation, and data collection skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.- Familiarity with basic data management and analysis tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or project management tools is an advantage.- Basic understanding of rural entrepreneurship and its challenges, with the ability to design and implement structured knowledge systems being a plus.- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, combined with an analytical mindset to deliver accurate results.
- Proficient in written and oral communication to present findings clearly, while fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
