To further enhance our customer service, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Customer Support Executive** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Aaivan Fashion Hubb’s product offerings
- Work closely with other teams (sales, warehouse, delivery) to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction
- Support customers with sizing, product availability, and other related questions
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for improvement to management

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (experience in fashion or retail is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English and Hindi)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion and staying updated with current trends is a bonus

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
