2. Providing information and assistance regarding car listings, features, prices, and services offered by Car Dekho.

3. Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Assisting customers with navigating the Car Dekho website or mobile app, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on using various features.

5. Collaborating with other departments such as sales, technical support, and operations to address customer needs and concerns.

6. Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.

7. Following up with customers to ensure their inquiries and concerns are fully addressed and resolved.

8. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

9. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

10. Adhering to company standards and procedures for customer support and maintaining professionalism at all times.

**Salary**: ₹15,507.05 - ₹22,139.25 per month
