
Sales Executive

Responsible for driving revenue by selling the company's IT products and services to new and existing clients. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Play a crucial role in the company's growth by generating revenue and expanding market reach. Skills Required:
- **Sales Skills**: Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and objections.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable sales agreements.
- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- **Presentation Skills**: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
