**Position**: PMT Executive (Product Management Team)
**Location**: Kakkanad, Kerala
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **PMT Executive**to support our Product Managers in executing marketing strategies, brand plans, and product management activities. This role is ideal for freshers in pharmacy or related fields seeking to kickstart their career in pharmaceutical marketing and product management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist Product Managers in **developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns**.
- Support in **market research, competitor analysis, and data collection** to generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate with **sales teams and cross-functional departments** to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Help in the preparation of **promotional materials, visual aids, product brochures, and digital content**.
- Maintain product databases, sales trackers, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for **training programs, conferences, CME activities, and product launches**.
- Monitor industry trends and gather feedback from the field to support strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related pharma background** (mandatory).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in pharma sales/marketing.
- Strong interest in **pharma marketing and brand management**.
- Excellent **communication, analytical, and coordination skills**.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a **team-oriented and deadline-driven environment**.
