Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Medical Representative with prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting medical products/services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in and around Kochi. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell healthcare products or medical devices to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about the product's benefits and uses.
  • Keep up-to-date with new developments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or Medical Representative in healthcare/pharma.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Kochi and surrounding regions preferred.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
