Sales executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction and interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of construction and interior design services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
Meet clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction/interior industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
