Role: Fundraising Executive

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, India (Office-Based)

6 days working(2nd Saturdays are off)

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Data Mining:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential investors in the USA and UK who have a history of investing in Indian software startup companies.

2. Telecalling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential investors to introduce our company and discuss investment opportunities in Indian software startups.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand investor interests and address any queries they may have.
- Effectively convey the value proposition of investing in Indian software startups.

3. Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or relevant stakeholders with interested investors.
- Coordinate with the CFO to ensure availability and alignment of schedules.
- Follow up with investors to confirm appointment timings and provide necessary details.

4. Tracker Maintenance:

- Maintain a comprehensive tracker to record all interactions with potential investors.
- Update the tracker with relevant information such as contact details, conversation summaries, and appointment schedules.
- Regularly analyze the tracker to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

5. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align investor outreach activities with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in International telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the finance or investment sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape in India, USA, and UK.
- Proficiency in conducting data mining activities using online research tools and databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and trackers.
- Flexibility to work from our office in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, preferably with a 30-45 minute traveling distance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
