As the plant’s main electrical contact have the ability to confidently convey information and drive actions for the desired results
- Managing the day to day work flow of the electrical and instrumentation work center, including the effective scheduling and supervision of assigned work
- Effective coordination of the electrical and instrumentation area work, analyzing the results, and taking appropriate action for continued improvement
- Work with the plant’s manufacturing engineers to improve plant production by continually seeking out opportunities for electrical, instrumentation, or controls improvements or enhancements
- As the plant’s main electrical resource, availability to respond to production or safety issues during nights and weekends
- Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, NRC regulations, and the site schedule
- Effectively communicating significant plant and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager and all applicable levels of station management
- Ensure effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees
- This position is responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work activities by following work week schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
